Is Bhutan suitable for senior travellers?
Yes - this tour is specifically paced for the 60+ traveller. Most days have a relaxed schedule with breaks, comfortable coach travel, and altitude under 3,000m. Tiger's Nest hike on Day 7 is optional with pony assistance available.
What should I pack?
Bhutan in October is pleasant (14-22°C days, 8°C nights). Pack light woollens, a wind-cheater for Dochula Pass, comfortable walking shoes, and modest clothing for monastery visits. We will send a detailed packing list 7 days before departure.
Do I need a visa for Bhutan?
Yes - Indian passport holders need an entry permit, which is included in your tour cost. Bhutan also charges a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) which is included. We handle all paperwork - just upload your passport scan when prompted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation more than 45 days before departure - full refund of booking amount. 30-45 days - 50% refund. Less than 30 days - 25% refund. Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days. We also offer credit notes valid for 12 months as an alternative.
How do payments work?
Pay INR 50,000 to confirm your booking. Second instalment of 45% is due 45 days before departure, balance due 30 days before. We accept UPI, cards, and netbanking - all in INR.
